Activity in the Experian MarketIQ M&A Advisor league table is ranked by volume and the Gateley Legal Corporate and Banking & Finance teams topped the South East charts with 14 deals. This included advising LDC on the management buyout of Amberjack, acting for the selling shareholders on the merger of Carbosynth Holdings Ltd with Biosynth AG, and advising CACI on its acquisition of MooD Enterprises Limited.
Gateley Legal was ranked number one on a national basis advising on 67 deals across the UK. The legal practice was also ranked number one in the Midlands and featured in the top ten in Yorkshire, the North West, the East of England and Wales.
